We get quite a few messages on our FB page where guests only click 'get started,' and are waiting for a reply from us, but no tickets are being created in Zendesk.
Once we reply to the FB manager, we start the conversation and often hear back. We might miss a lead if we miss a 'get started' message.
I don't know why there is no ticket in Zendesk, but it would be great if a ticket were created.
