Terrible that multi-select fields cannot be considered for conditional fields functionality.  ZD needs to be better here, as that feature was a critical piece to upgrading to productivity pack.

+1 for adding multi-select fields as a condition option on form conditional fields

Hi, is there any updates please for when we can expect to be able to use conditions for multi-select fields? Thanks.

Apologies if there's another thread for this, but what I'm looking to do is have a multi-select field where the condition (or is there a way to do this with some other kind of business rule?) that mandates that if, say, I have a multi-select field with 3 options, there is a rule that says you MUST select ANY 2 of the 3 in order to save or solve a ticket?  Not seeing this anywhere. If it exists, can you point me in the right direction?  Thanks!

Hi Ben,

You can set the field that you have created to be 'Required to solve a ticket' by following the steps in the article To add a custom ticket field.

I trust this helps. Have a great day!

+1 Can we please get support for multi-select fields in form conditions soon?

+1 on having a multi-select field be able to be a condition on the form.

Example: Multi-Select List has "Monitor, Keyboard, Mouse, Cables". Condition would state if "Cables" is selected from this field then show Numerical Field "IT Support - Cables" so the requester could enter the number of cables they need.

When is this going to be implemented?  I have a multi select field that where I want one response to drive another field.

Hello Everyone,
Thank you for your feedback. This is a great feature request and I have added it to the backlog for future consideration. This means that we will think about adding it as a priority later in our planning cycle for 2025. We are going to leave this post open for comment to allow others to provide their feedback and use cases, however please note as is stated in our Community Guidelines that we can not commit to prioritizing any one piece of feedback we receive in the community.

+1

I am building a complex form. My clients sometimes need to submit multiple types of tasks. Each task has follow up questions. There is no conditional logic for multi select fields which ultimately means, to avoid drastic inefficiencies, that I need to avoid letting clients submit multiple different task types altogether within a single form submission. This requires clients to then submit multiple tickets that my team needs to merge. Personnel time is spend on administrative tasks rather than execution.

I'm looking for an update on the status of multi-select fields in the conditions dropdown menu for ticket forms. Our team needs this feature to provide further details based on selected items.

Has there been any progress on this functionality?
