Quero sugerir que as mesmas funcionalidades do envio de mensagem para e-mail e formulário fossem disponibilizadas também para os canais online, como WhatsApp e Chat. Seria de grande relevância que o cliente recebesse, de maneira ativa e automática, o número de protocolo tanto no WhatsApp quanto no Chat.
