Because it seems that ZD will never support this extremely simple feature, and if they do, it will only be for Enterpri$$$e customers, I have proposed to my company that we move to having our KB be hosted in Drupal where we have much more control, and can easily support this function plus shared blocks of content.

Hello @katarzyna13 this request came up twice for my org today. Would love to know if there are any updates for an ETA for this? Thanks in advance!

Hi all, thank you for your continued engagement here in expressing interest in this feature request! We understand the frustration that comes when waiting for the features you wish to see built get released. The most recent update from our product team remains current; when there is more information to share we will make sure to update here.

I do want to take a moment to reference our guidelines. Product feedback that is provided in this space is not guaranteed to be included on any product backlog or roadmaps and is subject to be changes in prioritization at any time without notice. While we listen and read every piece of feedback that comes through this forum, in some instances, our product teams need to make the tough decision to work in a direction that is not aligned with a particular piece of feedback.

While we are still planning on making improvements in this product area as noted, I did want to communicate this as you continue to engage in this space. Our Community forum is simply for sharing your challenges and how you use the product, but it is not a case/resolution system.

We again appreciate your engagement here and look forward to sharing more with you when we are next able!

Hello! Has there been any movement on this planned update since the last response April 2024? I cannot stress enough how much we need this functionality.  Thank you!

Katarzyna13

 Hi All,
We have just announced a new EAP for Article Multiplacement. A feature that might help you with solving problems highlighted in this thread. You can find the announcement here.

This is great, and I was ready to sign us up for EAP. But I see it is only available to top tier plans. I don't understand why such a very basic feature (transclusion) would only be available at the Enterprise level, a level for which there is no public pricing. And like another poster, I have proposed moving all our KB to Drupal which can support this kind of feature out of the box.

Are there plans to make this available to all plans?

Hi @katarzyna13

The announcement article states:

First, sign up! We’ll activate the EAP on your account within a week of your submission. Once you get confirmation that you've been enrolled in the EAP, you'll have the ability to use article multiplacement without any additional action from your side.

I've signed up but haven't heard anything for over a week. Can you please assist?
