Title says it all. I want our customers on chat (Messenger SDK) to have the new satisfaction survey pop up in the chat window after chat it Solved.
How do I trigger this on Messenger?

Not quite the same as what you're looking for, but this article outlines a similar function.
Since Messaging Tickets can ultimately be converted to Email, your regular C-Sat can also serve as a backstop. Hope this helps!
