Can we filter tickets with specific word in a comment?

Our team needs to generate a report of tickets which have the word "salary" in the comment / response. Is that possible?

Hello MischelleLyn,

Unfortunately, comment text isn't reported in Explore. Here's another post where one of our Product Managers answered this question before: Will Explore include actual ticket comments? 

As a workaround, you can create business rules to add tags to tickets when the word is present in a comment, as tags can be reported in Explore: Reporting with tags
