We are Zendesk customers and would like to develop support between the Plantronics HUB and Zendesk Talk API's to add support for the Plantronics Calisto P240-M USB Handset. As Zendesk does not have native support for physical handsets yet Plantronics enables developers to build integrations with their handsets so this seems like a doable task. However, we see the Zendesk Talk API is not exposing the ability to for us to make/receive calls. I do not even see this functionality in the Partner Edition. Can you let me know if this is just not a supportable endeavor at this time or if we are misreading the available endpoints?
