Hello everyone,,

Does anyone have experiences with using google data studio to analyse and go through zendesk tickets https://showbox.bio/?

It may seem like a noob question bear with me still new to these things.

I know I can export tickets data as JSON with zendesk's rest API. I was planning on exporting the ticket as json into a file, then use this file to connect to data studio.

Seems like a rubbish things, I am wondering if there is a cleaner way to do this? Maybe put the json ticket into a database first? Or this is overkill?
