As we know you can't assign tickets to light agents, but why is it you can search for them when creating a ticket, surely they should not be showing as an Assignee option if they can't actually be assigned.
We are having issues where within side convo tickets agents are picking light agents as they are not distinguishable between normal agents, Zendesk is removing them after creation but as far as the agent is concerned the ticket is assigned to them, the only way to confirm would be to go into the side ticket to check.
This creates further steps to be done on a ticket.
