Currently, too many results are exposed when searching with a specific word in the ticket field. This is because all results containing the word are exposed, ignoring the existing Depth.
Therefore, if you search for a specific keyword in the form of a mind map, please check whether the field can be improved by selecting the final value by the agent according to the number of cases.
