We recently ran into the issue where I took over ownership of a number of desks, but the account the former owner created for me was considered unverified, so all tickets were suspended. This seems like a strange trap to fall into. I would recommend that either the system not suspend tickets because of this, or that it not be possible to transfer ownership to an unverified account.
