Views using the relationship look up field

I am using the new relationship lookup field and for the most part, it works great and accomplishes what we set out to do.

My issue is when it comes to the view. Although I have a view built around this field, it is only showing tickets with the Account Manager as the requester which is not what I want. I want all tickets that the Account Manager and or Customer Experience Manager are included.

How can I accomplish this?
