We are using the Sell for support app and would like to be able to have agents run a macro that will automatically populate the sell app notes box with content that needs to be sent across to the sales team.
This will mean less mistakes, irrelevant and incorrect information passed from our support system through to the sales team as it would be a list of the details that need to be provided.
