Update contact fields (without leaving ticket sreen)
I would like to be able to update the name or language based on the ticket form fields. (Directly on the right side of the screen) sometimes i would like to copy paste the name for example so i don’t want to unnecessary leave the screen
I build another service desk with freshdesk and there this is possible.
