It would be very helpful to be able to distinguish unread from read tasks.  The problem we are having is knowing when our clients have responded to a request for additional information we have requested.  Example:  We create a new ticket and request a Drivers License from a client.  The tasks goes in the pending state and there is no way to know when the client has responded.  We currently have to click in each task every so often to see when they responded.  

Am I missing an easier way?  If not, this would be a very useful and time saving functionality
