when I create a side conversation as an email the email that gets out is just playing text without the look and feel of Zendesk.
I'm gonna buy request that the sad conversation emails are displayed as an email from a ticket for you to have the picture and the space the line to answer above or below I think that should be part of the side conversation look and feel.
