Hi,

It would be great it Agents working in Support could raise training concerns or FYI's to either Supervisor profiles or a Management group in Zendesk confidentially.

If they could flag it from the ticket and highlight what the concern is about and which agent is relates to it would help the Management team support their Agents.

This would need to be done in a way where the standard Agent would not be able to see the logged feedback.
