Tracking languages that aren't supported yet

Request: Identify on person's profile and in data their language rather than the default language if their language is not supported in Zendesk yet.

Support interactions: Remain that if the language is not toggled on in Support and Guide, interactions with their tickets would remain in the default language.

Explore interactions: Ability to toggle the data between aggregating their tickets with the default language or separate.

 

Why: Identifying growth of support in languages that are not supported which would be helpful for planning potential language support expansion.

 

Stretch: Use the language identification prowess of Answer Bot to identify language for all types of tickets. Ideally controlled by trigger.
