Tickets Stay Pinged on the Top After Working on Them

Hello,

Tickets used to automatically archive when I used to work on them before. Now after working on each ticket, weather they are pending or closed, they will stay pinged on the top and therefore interfering with my call flow since they clutter up on the top. I need assistance with this matter.
