Would it be possible to get ticket metrics for all tickets since the beginning via the API?
We are able to fetch all tickets through the Tickets (api/v2/tickets) endpoint, however only the last 120 days for ticket metrics through the Ticket Metrics (api/v2/ticket_metrics) endpoint.
We need the following metrics in order to make analyses of our organization and how would it be possible to get all ticket metrics? Or is it possible to manually get all ticket metrics from the portal?
- first_resolution_time_in_minutes
- full_resolution_time_in_minutes
- reopens
- replies
- reply_time_in_minutes
- solved_at
