Dear All,
I am able to make a call to the Ticket Fields and Ticket Forms API endpoints. Hence I can not understand the way to associate the one response with the other. I am missing any reference for the associated Ticket ID within the Ticket Forms response.
I need to analyze ticket IDs that have the default form, followed by the the SLA policy (which I get through the Ticket Metrics - it, however, does have reference to the corresponding ticket ID)
Any advise , thanks in advance !
