I would love to see adjustable line spacing on chat transcripts. Sometimes there is a very long chat and I would like to have the spacing be non-double spaced to save on scrolling and to aid in quickly skimming over a chat transcript (I work in a very high volume environment) so I think something like this would be a great feature.
