We’re excited to announce that we have released an easier way to create hyperlinks in Zendesk Agent Workspace. Pasting the url on highlighted text will automatically convert the highlighted text into a hyperlink. This change enables you to quickly create hyperlinks and make your composing experience better.
What do I need to do?
You don't need to do anything if you have the Zendesk Agent Workspace enabled. This change is automatically applied to your account.
