When you create a side conversation a new window field is opened. This window field is located over the e-mail subject and requesters’ email.
It is not possible to move the window field a bit to the right so you are able to see for example e-mail subject of the ticket etc.
Would be great if the new window field would open more to the right so details in the ticket can still be read.
