Situation:
We are looking for the history of what a macro used to saw in the description/body box as it was changed by an employee previously. We want to bring back the data we had in that box before.
Expected:
I can go into Audit (Admin > Account > Audit Log > Audit), narrow the search for the macro that I'm looking for and see by either hovering over or clicking a link to expose the unabridged/complete history of what the macro was and what it was changed to.
Actual: We can only see a truncated version of the beginning of what the macro was (a fixed # of characters, maybe about 2 lines-worth).
Zendesk staff has confirmed that this is working by design and suggested to raise this feedback item here.
