Every tried to use their own chat system to talk to them. Seriously, so frustrating. you end up in an endless loop, they send you an email, you click the link, log in and click message which says the page is not found. So your back to the BOT, who wants to verify who you are.
and around and around and around you go!!!!!!!!!!!!!
All I am trying to do is become GA4 compliant, the GIF and support doesn't line up to the software, we can't find it and all I want to do is talk to a real person so we can step through it.
if the experience using their software is this bad, why would I continue to use it for our company. I hate the fact that our customers could be experiencing the same frustration as I am.
