We are trying with our team to solve an issue related to sending email via zendesk API to recipient's email.
Using the zendesk documentation available from the site and the "Setting email CCs" section, we have a problem where an email is sent to the recipient with text and a link to set up an account, and then another email is sent with a ticket registered. The question is if it is possible to edit this message from the backend or admin panel? Are these messages permanently in the zendesk api and is it not possible to edit or delete them and write your own in the backend?
