I've tried searching to see if this has already been requested, but I wasn't able to find anything similar - apologies if I'm repeating something that has been posted prior.
Would it be possible to request a feature that shows the date/time when a satisfaction rating (good or bad) has been left on a ticket? This would be very helpful when monitoring any bad ratings and tracking the current status so that I can prompt agents when any ticket is unresolved and requires our attention for a follow-up.
Being notified within a Zendesk ticket to visibly see when a customer updates any ratings/comments would also be most useful. Again, this would enable us to track the journey of a ticket.
