Hi,

I look for some opinions from anyone who are using RingCentral Zendesk Integration.
How good is the RingCentral Zendesk Integration?
If a call originates from Zendesk, can it be transfer to a user who is on a RingCentral Extension only and is not a Zendesk user? and vice versa?
