We need a way to hide information so that it is only available to certain Groups. We use the Ticket Field Manager App at the moment but that doesn't go far enough, we need to be able to restrict the visibility of Forms and Attachments based on the user's Group
We don't want all users to be able to see sensitive information, not having this functionality means Compliance and Security Teams either have to store data elsewhere and link to a ticket, or not use Zendesk at all. Our only other option is to severely restrict the number of users - particularly Light Agents - on our instance, which again means we lose significant benefit to the business
