Requester Email Address is absent under ticket subject (Agent Wirkspace)

After enabling Agent Workspace, Requester Email Address disappeared from subject area here:

 

We have dozens of tickets in b2c area where email domain is being taken into consideration by our employees but opening context panel takes some time (around 1 sec), anyway this area is empty now, why don't you fill it with useful info?
