A customer accidentally rated a chat as bad and then removed the bad rating, which shows in the chat transcript but the ticket is still rated as bad.
This is very bad and should be updated just like when a rating is changed from bad to good.
This issue results in our reporting not being correct since there is no way to see if a ticket was actually rated bad intentionally without going through every ticket with a bad rating to check if the rating was removed or not.
Please fix this issue.
