Receivers "away" messages converts into tickets
Would it be possible to make away messages from our letters‘ receivers not to convert into a ticket? Maybe zendesk can find keywords such as “auto-reply”, “out of office”, “I am away” from these kind of letters and just automatically put them into spam?
