Reason Column when Agent closing the Ticket

Dear Zendesk Team.

Currently we have problems with our agents, where our agents often close tickets to avoid filling in the reason column when skipping tickets (this is for Role Play). I was expecting to be able to bring up the Reason Column and it is mandatory.
