Do you know a tool that allows to push data from google sheet to Zendesk ?
Indeed, i want to mass categorize my tickets by analyzing the body of the email, on which we cannot implement triggers.
The worflow would be :
1. Pull tickets from Zendesk to Google sheet (via zendesk connector)
2. Push a ticket update from gsheet to zendesk
I know i can manually mass update tickets via zendesk but the idea would be to have it done automatically. I know tools such as Zapier can allow me to do that but it would be super expensive considering the number of ticket we manage.
