Considering recent incidents that we have experienced, it would be incredibly beneficial to implement a product update that addresses the removal of explicit and offensive language from CSAT reviews. We are fortunate to have a customer base that generally adheres to appropriate communication standards. However, in cases where racial, homophobic, or explicit language is utilized, it would be highly advantageous for us to have the capability to censor such language. This would alleviate the burden on our agents who should not have to endure such abuse. Appreciate the consideration!
