Hello, we want to notify our users when a new product feature has been released/enhanced within our chat when they log into our product. We will have the updates live in our Guide but would love a way to broadcast to users that a new feature has been released directly within our product via chat. Has anyone done this before? If so, I would love to hear more about how you set this up. Thanks!
