This is feedback about support.zendesk.com, as there's no real space to do so. Currently, announcements and updates are posted in such a way that there's no way to see the date they were added, and the section is not chronological. An announcement made yesterday is buried all the way on page 4.
This makes is incredibly difficult to find anything, or tell what was announced when. Please add a date column to your sections, put in it the titles, or something.
