Is there a way to rollback to the previous version of our ticketing system? I see what you're doing, but I think it needs more testing. I like the appearance, but joining a ticket/closing a ticket is cumbersome or broken. Also, I missed a chat earlier because it kept trying to make me do a tutorial. I closed out of it several times and it kept coming up. Also, I know it sounds small, but I got a chat from someone who joined and left right after joining. I now have to select whether or not if it's solved, pending or unsolved. She joined accidentally. I guess I can choose solved, but that isn't the case. It's been frustrating for all of us in our department. Thank you for your consideration.
