I need to know and tell where my tickets are being opened through the request URL we have in our Help Center.
However, we use different platforms and would need to know if the ticket came from Platform A, B or C.
Ex:
- https://mysite.com/hc/pt-br/requests/new?UTM=SiteA
- https://mysite.com/hc/pt-br/requests/new?UTM=SiteBIdea Submitted
