need to shut down automatic zendesk tickets created for Slack messages

Could you tell me how I can definitely shut down all new ticket creations related to slack direct messages?
I can't stop them, I tried to uninstall Slack App, and also on SLack I uninstalled zendesk direct messages app too, didn't work.
