After checking arround, there is no possible free option of having Google my Business reviews appear as tickets in my ZenDesk.
It would be nice to have a free app that gathers the reviews of stores, create ticket, allow a response and finally have a report of the reviews.
If anyone have a crack, I saw that google review has an easy API that could be used.
