At first I was using the Web Widget and I could get it to hide and show when pressing a certain button. But with Messaing I cannot do that and it throws a bunch of errors and there is no documentation about that.

I also want to get the messaging for certain users and the classic web widget for other user types, but seems like I cannot do that.
