Hello. I have an issue where the Litmos app sometimes work and sometimes doesn't.
I have changed the only setting in the app there is, the API limit, from default 5 to 10, 100, 200... Still random when it works and when it don't.
I looked in the F12 console in my Chrome and couldn't see anything obvious.
I've been in touch with SAP who now owns Litmos and they say it's a Zendesk "presentation issue". When chatting with Zendesk support, they referred me here, to get help and maybe a formulated question I can take back to the SAP helpdesk. Please advice.
