We have integrated Zendesk messaging android SDK and we are facing few issues which are mentioned below
1.Whenever Agent is sending a long paragraph with URL and images then we are not able to see those long messages in the app.
2. If agent doesn't change his status to online but starts interacting with the seller then offline message still goes to seller in the app but that should not happen.
3. Few images are not able to open in app which were passed from Zendesk.
4. If agent changes the status of the ticket to "Closed" then no feedback message is getting auto triggered.
