If you have a follow-up ticket, there is a link in the request page in Guide to the original ticket. In the other direction these information is missed.
If a customer found a closed ticket to an issue, it would be great, that it is visible, if a follow-up ticket already exists to avoid multiple follow-up tickets on the same topic.
