In order to see if any triggers, macros, or automations use any given Dynamic Content, my only option is to open the DC and look at displayed info below the DC information. This info is not even available over the API. There is no way to display a list of DC that is used in macros, triggers, automations, etc.
Trying to puzzle out what Dynamic Content has been displayed recently, and what may no longer be in use, is pretty much impossible from anywhere inside Zendesk. I would love to be able to see when and where dynamic content was last used, in the same manner that I can see how many times a trigger fired for instance, in the last 7 days. Just being able to see overall usage by days, not even the type (macro, automation, help center) would be a hugely beneficial addition to managing and reporting on Dynamic Content.
