Latest Zendesk Support Update

Thanks for updating the software. I am not a big fan of the following two changes:

  1. Changing the Public/Internal to a dropdown. Our organization uses this functionality to first submit tickets from internal staff to our Support team. It can be easily missed sharing tickets unnecessarily with clients. 
  2. In the previous version, the full email address name of the submitter was included with the name. This helps us identify the client (domain).
