This is more of a request maybe than feedback on the EAP.
I can't help but think that the new skinny sidebar would make better use of space if apps from the apps drawer could be dragged and dropped to that side bar by the end user for better use of space and quick usability. One of the downsides to the apps drawer has always been the overall lack of density and necessity to scroll for things. If we could leave that rubiks cube icon in play and then be able to drag apps we want to launch quickly below it like a toolbar that would be an excellent use of space and make functionality easier. Treat it almost like pinned chrome extensions but for your zendesk instance.
