My user story here is:
As a user of Zendesk Sell,
I'll use a smart list or search and have a list of records onscreen. I'll click and view a record in full record view.
I want to easily move between the search results easily, such that I’m not returning to the search result and having to remember which record I’ve just viewed, click on the next. I want to use a keyboard shortcut (i.e. ctrl-left & ctrl-right; or ctrl-up & ctrl-down) to go from viewing the current full record (not in list view) to the next search result in full record view, bypassing having to visit the list.
